We want lots of flowers at our wedding, but we see that you are sustainable. Can you still work with us?

We can work with any couple whether sustainability is a priority or not. At a minimum, our company donates to a tree planting organization with every event we book, but we have creative ways to produce weddings with sustainability in mind without sacrificing an ounce of your vision. A sustainable wedding doesn't have a specific look or require you to ditch your Pinterest dreams! Sustainability is all about the behind-the-scenes practices of your vendors. If you want 1 million flowers, then lets make sure those flowers are being sourced locally, not being designed with foam, and are getting composted or donated after the event. When vendors operate responsibly, you can have the wedding of your dreams guilt-free! We'd love to connect you to our network of eco-conscious vendors that can execute everything from over the top luxury weddings to simple celebrations.

We focus exclusively on weddings and wedding-adjacent events, such as showers and other celebrations during the wedding weekend. Do you have preferred vendors?

As seasoned wedding planners, we are dedicated to providing our clients with stress-free experiences by collaborating with reputable and highly skilled vendors. Our Approved Vendor Policy is designed to ensure that you engage professionals who are well-regarded and specialize in weddings. We understand that hiring individuals without the necessary expertise can jeopardize your special day, as the performance of one vendor can significantly impact the overall experience.

It is important to clarify that our preferred vendor policy does not stem from a desire to limit options; rather, it reflects our commitment to our clients' best interests. We created this list not only to ensure a seamless wedding experience that aligns with our high standards but also to help narrow down options and simplify the planning process for our clients. While we have a list of trusted professionals, we also welcome the opportunity to review options presented by our clients. what kind of budgets do you work with?

We typically work with clients who can budget $500 per guest or more. While we wish we could work with every couple to help them plan a beautiful and sustainable wedding, anything less than $500 per guest wouldn't set you up for success based on the prices and minimums required by the venues and vendors in our area. We do offer consulting services for couples that don't need a coordinator or don't have the budget for it, that way you are still receiving expert planning guidance without the full package price. do you have lower pricing for microweddings?

While we understand the appeal of a smaller wedding, our pricing structure remains consistent regardless of guest count. The amount of work involved in planning or coordinating a wedding does not necessarily decrease with fewer guests. In fact, microweddings often require more effort from our team, as they may involve more DIY details and less vendors resulting in more labor intensive logistics for us.

With larger weddings, the presence of multiple vendors can streamline the process, sometimes resulting in less overall workload for us. Therefore, our pricing reflects the comprehensive service and dedication we provide, whether you're planning an intimate gathering of 50 guests or a grand celebration for 500. We are committed to delivering the same high level of service and attention to detail for every wedding, regardless of size.
