Founder & principal planner
There are people who find a color-coded spreadsheet deeply satisfying, who notice when a room would flow better if something moved three feet to the left, and who genuinely enjoy thinking through all the little details no one else realized needed thinking about. Bristol has always been one of those people.
Wedding planning became a natural home for the way her mind works. She loves the behind-the-scenes production of bringing something meaningful to life: understanding how hundreds of individual decisions connect, anticipating what will be needed before it becomes a problem, and creating an experience that feels effortless to the people actually living it.
Meticulous planning is only half of the equation for Bristol. She is equally inspired by beautiful things and the stories they can tell — exceptional fashion, layered interiors, thoughtfully set tables, travel, flowers, and the kind of experiential details that make a celebration feel unmistakably personal. Her eye might be drawn to the warmth of a Nancy Meyers interior or a beautifully constructed couture gown, but she's always thinking beyond how something looks to how it will make people feel.
That combination of analytical thinking and creativity shapes the way Bristol approaches every wedding. She sees a celebration as an interconnected experience: how guests arrive, where they naturally gather, how the room feels when they enter, whether dinner flows comfortably, the texture of the napkins in their hands, when the energy should shift, and all the tiny decisions happening behind the scenes that allow everyone else to simply be present.
Her clients and vendor partners often describe her as calm, and that's no accident. Bristol believes good planning should create a sense of steadiness. She wants her couples to know that someone is thinking three steps ahead, protecting the experience they've worked so hard to create, and quietly handling the details they shouldn't have to think about.
Despite her love of logistics, what keeps Bristol coming back to weddings isn't the timeline or the perfectly set table. It's the people. The parent seeing their child dressed for the ceremony. Lifelong friends around a dinner table. The room erupting during a great song. A quiet look between two people when no one else seems to be watching. Those are the moments all the planning is ultimately in service of.
Outside of weddings, Bristol is happiest traveling with her husband and daughter, finding inspiration somewhere new, spending time outside in the garden, getting absorbed in a good book, or catching up on her Bravo shows. She firmly believes beautiful details make everyday life a little more fun, and, yes, that philosophy extends to her skincare routine.

My (now!) husband and I are both graduate students in Los Angeles, and there is simply no way we could have planned our wedding from a distance without her. From day one, we knew we had made the right decision, and that feeling was confirmed again and again over the sixteen months we worked together. Bristol went absolutely above and beyond, keeping everything organized, calm, and on track throughout the entire process. What really set her apart was her attention to detail and her commitment to making our vision real, even in ways I thought might not be possible. For example, she created the most adorable café-style table setup for a private moment after our ceremony, something I had assumed we wouldn’t be able to pull off. Seeing it come together on the day was such a surprise that I nearly cried (again). Bristol also helped us seamlessly plan our mini-moon in Chicago after the wedding, which was such a gift during an already busy time. We are so grateful for her care, creativity, and dedication. It's woven into the way we plan through intentional sourcing, creative design choices, and smart logistics that reduce unnecessary waste while preserving the beauty and experience of the celebration.
We guide our couples toward choices that align with their values without compromising the level of refinement, hospitality, or creativity they envision. Sometimes that means giving flowers a second life after the celebration, incorporating local and seasonal sourcing, carefully managing waste and composting, or finding ways to make beautiful design choices with less excess.
The goal is never sacrifice. It is simply to plan with greater care for our couples, their guests, and the world beyond the celebration.
