After working within the wedding industry, Bristol recognized a gap between elevated event design and environmentally responsible practices. She created Sustainable Soirées to bridge that space, curating celebrations that are both beautifully executed and intentionally considered.
Known for her calm leadership and meticulous preparation, Bristol approaches each wedding with foresight, structure, and discretion. Couples often remark on how steady and composed she remains throughout the planning process and in high-pressure moments — maintaining a sense of poise even when faced with the most complex situations.

Grace brings precision, warmth, and a natural gift for organization to every celebration she supports. Known for her detail-oriented approach and steady presence, she ensures timelines flow smoothly and every element of the day is thoughtfully managed behind the scenes.
She has a deep appreciation for the small, personal touches that make a wedding meaningful. Grace especially loves when couples incorporate details that reflect their story — from heirloom pieces to handwritten notes for guests. One of her favorite moments came from a couple who wrote personal letters to every guest, creating a room filled with emotion as loved ones read their messages at the dinner table.
Originally from Indiana, Grace carries a strong sense of Hoosier hospitality in the way she approaches planning. She believes couples should feel genuinely cared for throughout the process and able to fully enjoy their celebration knowing every detail is thoughtfully handled.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail, Hilary has a particular love for the logistical side of weddings — from building seamless timelines to thoughtfully organizing floor plans so every part of the celebration flows effortlessly. Her goal is always the same: ensuring every detail is carefully handled so couples can remain fully present and savor the experience.
While she values precision and structure, Hilary is equally drawn to the emotional moments that make weddings meaningful. Some of her favorite parts of a wedding day are the quiet in-between moments — a knowing look between a couple, or a parent sharing one last hug before the ceremony begins.
