Bristol started Sustainable Soirées by combining her two passions—sustainability and fancy parties! It is with love, joy, and honor that she works with clients of all backgrounds to plan and design some of the most memorable moments of their lives.
Bristol resides in the South Loop with her husband, daughter, and two cats. She is obsessed with design and style, reading for fun, cooking healthy meals, getting outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones. She loves finding creative ways to live more sustainably and looks forward to teaching her daughter how to be an eco-warrior as she grows up.

Amanda is passionate about sustainability and event planning. Outside of Sustainable Soirées, she works as a full time technology consultant in the professional services industry. Sustainable Soirées has five core values that our team uses in the planning of every event...
Our team uses 100% recycled paper and plans every event using an online suite of planning tools, documents, and spreadsheets that are also accessible by our clients at any time
As a member of the Green Wedding Alliance, we prioritize working with like-minded vendors who implement green practices both in the office and in the execution of events.
Our design services provide couples with unique ideas that don't require purchasing single-use items. We pull inspiration directly from their venue to utilize the space wisely and we provide recommendations for stylish, reusable rental items.
We arrange composting services for food waste and floral repurposing services so that your beautiful arrangements can have a second life at nursing homes and charity organizations.
We plan weddings primarily in the Chicago area, but, from time to time, we will drive to Wisconsin and Michigan. We value the close relationships we have with local wedding professionals, so by staying local we ensure consistent results for both our team as well as our clients. Not only do we support our local economy this way, but we also reduce our carbon footprint by not traveling more than 120 miles.
We plan and design events that leave a lasting impression on the guests, not the environment
