Bristol started Sustainable Soirées by combining her two passions—sustainability and fancy parties! It is with love, joy, and honor that she works with clients of all backgrounds to plan and design some of the most memorable moments of their lives.
Bristol resides in the South Loop with her husband, daughter, and two cats. She is obsessed with design and style, reading for fun, cooking healthy meals, getting outdoors, and spending time with her loved ones. She loves finding creative ways to live more sustainably and looks forward to teaching her daughter how to be an eco-warrior as she grows up.
Moinyett is an event enthusiast through and through! Born and raised in Chicago, she loves meeting new people and assisting with celebrating their biggest moments in life.
Moinyett has experience in lodging, catering, and event production so she understands the full scope of wedding necessities from beginning to end. There are so many important moving pieces to a wedding, but the dessert table is her favorite part!
Shannon works full-time as a marketing coordinator at Lakeshore Recycling Systems, which is where she developed a lot of her experience with event planning and day-of coordination as well as social media management and other marketing-related tasks.
Shannon and her fiancé Anthony have recently become proud homeowners in the suburbs along with their Calico cat, Marbles. She enjoys fashion and beauty, designing different print materials, and spending quality time with her family and friends. Shannon is a true team player and wants the best for you and your event, and will go above and beyond to make sure your special day is a success!
Shelby is an experienced event coordinator working in hospitality and entertainment events since graduating from Columbia in 2015 with a degree in Arts and Entertainment Management. She has a keen eye for detail that makes her an asset in the production of beautiful weddings. Shelby has strong artistic desire and is a devoted hopeless romantic. When she's not falling in love with all things weddings you can find her with a cup of coffee and a good movie.
Engi is passionate about and committed to helping people. Outside of her professional life as a senior strategy consultant, she is always finding herself in the middle of planning memorable events for the people around her. Sustainable Soirées has five core values that our team uses in the planning of every event...
Our team uses 100% recycled paper and plans every event using an online suite of planning tools, documents, and spreadsheets that are also accessible by our clients at any time
As a member of the Green Wedding Alliance, we prioritize working with like-minded vendors who implement green practices both in the office and in the execution of events.
Our design services provide couples with unique ideas that don't require purchasing single-use items. We pull inspiration directly from their venue to utilize the space wisely and we provide recommendations for stylish, reusable rental items.
We arrange composting services for food waste and floral repurposing services so that your beautiful arrangements can have a second life at nursing homes and charity organizations.
We plan weddings primarily in the Chicago area, but, from time to time, we will drive to Wisconsin and Michigan. We value the close relationships we have with local wedding professionals, so by staying local we ensure consistent results for both our team as well as our clients. Not only do we support our local economy this way, but we also reduce our carbon footprint by not traveling more than 120 miles.
We plan and design events that leave a lasting impression on the guests, not the environment
