Having a small wedding doesn't mean you can't make it fabulous! Our planners will take you through our A-Z planning service finding you the perfect venue and creative professionals to bring your wedding day vision to life. 

Whether you're planning an elopement with just a handful of guests in attendance at your ceremony or a small wedding followed by an intimate dinner with beautiful music and surroundings, our planners are the key to ensuring a seamless experience! 

THE small ceremony

are looking for a luxury wedding experience without all of the pomp and circumstance of a large, traditional wedding 

want a small wedding with less than 30 guests

an initial consultation with a wedding planner to discuss your vision in depth, wedding goals, style, budget, the planning process, important dates, expectations, and a wedding day timeline 

access to private online planning site with pre-formulated planning documents 

custom vendor recommendations based on your budget, style, and personality...2-3 in each category 

custom design plan to communicate couple's vision outlining colors, materials, flowers, rental items, lighting, food and drinks, etc. 

vendor booking/negotiation and proposal retrieval on behalf of clients

planner sets and attends specific vendor meetings with clients

email and phone communication with your planner 

a second consultation with event manager to review event details, fine tune the layout and timeline, discuss a rain plan, and attend a venue walkthrough

we begin finalizing all event details, confirming services to be provided, and making notes of logistical needs 

timeline and layouts are finalized and sent over to vendors

event manager conducts a one hour ceremony rehearsal 

up to two event managers on-site providing up to 5 hours of service

management of vendors and venue staff at the ceremony site

communication with transportation providers 

setup and breakdown of small decor items, such as a guest book, card box, favors, cake serving items, toasting flutes, and tossing items 

lead manager will direct the ceremony 

managers will troubleshoot any unforeseen issues that pop up

managers will oversee vendors and staff during breakdown at the end of the ceremony

managers will assist family with packing up keepsake items, gifts/cards, and leftover food, cake, and alcohol 

a third consultation is held to go over wedding day details

planner maintains communication with vendors throughout planning to provide updates, verify details, and hold accountable

planner manages and tracks client budget, provides updates via a payment calendar
